OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY

As well as being a nursery and school, children have the opportunity of joining in many village activities. The Kirkby Kids Klub (KKK) operates extended school activities throughout the year.

FRIENDS OF THE SCHOOL

The Friends of School are a very active group, who raise large sums of money each year to support the purchased of ‘additional’ resources. We have benefited from additional play equipment, a BBQ, bikes and trailers and musical instruments to mention just a few. As a group they organise a wide range of activities to help raise funds for school. The 10K Race, Summer Fair, Christmas Fair,Bingo, Fashion Shows and Beetle Drives help to raise several thousand pounds each year. If you have any good ideas we would love to hear them.
